- When does the laundry actually get paid?
- Not until you've collected. Your payment is held by Chores in the meantime, and a cancelled order refunds automatically.
- Do you deliver, or do I drop off myself?
- Both. Self-pickup is free — you drop off and collect at the shop. Where rider delivery is available you'll see a live round-trip quote before you pay.
- How do I know a laundry is any good?
- Every shop is approved by us before it can take a single order, and its rating comes from customers who actually collected from it.
